  • What is a Serviced Apartment?

    Vienna Grand Apartments is your stylish home away from home.

    Serviced Apartments are flexible types of accommodation; instead of the rigid format of a hotel room, a serviced apartment complex offers a complete fully fitted apartment. The length of stay in these apartments varies with anywhere from a few days to months or even years! With prices much more competitive than hotels, people that stay in our serviced apartments use them as a home away from home, therefore they are fitted with everything the average home would require. A home and office away from home!

    At Vienna Grand Apartments space is abundant and we offer a variety of apartment configurations to suit singles, couples and families.

    Our apartments offer separate living, dining and sleeping areas, and fully equipped kitchen. Open floor plans allow everyone enough space to spread out while staying under the one roof.

    The management staff are on call 24 hours a day to respond to our guests.

From a warm personal welcome when you arrive to attentive, discreet service during your stay. Our team is always waiting in the wings, ready to offer advice, service and individual tips that only genuine locals can provide. It goes without saying that the serviced apartments are always spotless. We also provide you with fresh bedclothes and fluffy towels throughout your stay.

    And of course we will be happy to carry out a host of other services for you to make your stay as enjoyable as possible – restocking the fridge, or arranging transfers or deliveries to your home away from home. Talk to us before you arrive and we will be sure to make your stay so comfortable, you simply won’t want to leave.

  • Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

    Yes, please. We’d like you to provide us with a valid credit card to confirm your booking.

  • Can I cancel or modify my reservation?

    Except our highly discounted non-refundable rates, you can modify or cancel your reservation according to our terms and conditions.

  • How can I reach Vienna Grand Apartments?

    Both our locations, VGA Danube and VGA City can easily be reached by public transport or car.

  • What time can I check in?

    Our general check in window is 16:00 (4PM).

    Due to our high cleaning standards it can take us up to 16:00 to have your apartment ready on the day of your arrival.
    If the apartment is ready before 16:00, we can check you in earlier.

    Check-in out of our business hours is also possible. We will set up a PIN code for our key card safe "KEYBOY" directly at the 
    front entrance. Please get in touch with us if you will arrive late. The PIN code will be emailed to you and can call our
    hotline 24 hours with a simple press of a button at the entrance.

    Guaranteed early check in can be booked for an additional fee and is based on availability.

  • What time can I check out?

    Check out is due by 10:00. Please let us know if you need some more time and we will make every effort to extend the check out time.

    Based on availability, a guaranteed late check out can be booked in advance for an extra fee.

  • Where can I find the reception?

    At Vienna Grand Apartments Danube our head office can be found on the first floor.

    At Vienna Grand Apartments City the reception and lobby are directly at the main entrance.

  • How can I get in touch with the staff?

    Please feel free to call us anytime between 8 am and 5 pm via the stored speed dial of the phone

    in your apartment if you need anything or have some query.

    In case of an emergency you can call us at any time.

  • Are towels and linen provided?

    Yes, towels and linen of the highest quality are provided and will be exchanged regulary.
    Please contact us to book additional housekeeping services.

  • Are there laundry facilities at Vienna Grand Apartments?

    Even better! Each apartment is equipped with a washer-dryer with a complementary set of detergent as well as iron and ironing board.

  • Will the apartment get cleaned?

    Our housekeeping will clean your apartment regularly during your stay depending on the length of your stay.
    Please get in touch with us if you want to book additional housekeeping services.

  • Can I park my car?

    At Vienna Grand Apartments Danube you can park your car in the underground parking lot with direct and key card secured access to the elevator. 

    At Vienna Grand Apartments City we have limited parking available in house. If occupied, there are also affordable public parking garages close by.

    Parking is EUR 15,- per day and longstay rates are also available.
